Grid
Click on this icon to access the Grid mode.

The Grid view lets you view your thumbnails in a grid. You can change the thumbnail appearance by clicking on the icon located in the top right of the viewing window or resize the thumbnail with the use of the slider located in the bottom right.

To get started, just select a stack in the stack view located in the left of the window.
Shortcut: "G"

Review
Click on this icon to access the Review mode.
Go back and forth as much as you want to review any stack of photos. This feature will help you rate, label and reject faster.

To get started, just select one photo from the filmstrip located in the bottom of the window. Press the left arrow key to go to the next photo or press the X key to reject.
Shortcut: "R" OSX Only

Compare
Click on this icon to access the Compare mode.
Easily compare 2 or more photographs.

To get started, just select the photos from the filmstrip located in the bottom of the window. Click once to zoom in or out.
Shortcut: "C"

Reject
Click on this icon to reject a photograph.

To get started, select one or more photos and click on the 'Reject' icon.
Shortcut: "X"

Label
Click on this icon to apply a label to a photo or groups of photos.

To get started, select one or more photos and click on the 'Label' icon.
Shortcut: "6-9" keys

Rate
Click on this icon to apply a star rating to a photo or groups of photos.

To get started, select one or more photos and click on the 'Rate' icon.
Shortcut: "0-5" keys

Rotate Left
Click on this icon to apply a left rotation to a photo.
Shortcut: [Control] + "["

Rotate Right
Click on this icon to apply a left rotation to a photo.
Shortcut: [Control] + "]"

Filter
Click on this icon to access the 'Filter' options.
The Filter panel lets you filter by label or by rating the content of the view.

To use this fonction, star ratings and/or color labels must already be applied on a minimum of one photos or on a group of photos. Once this is done, you can choose to access only the desired selection of photos during your workflow. Whether it is to access the photos with star ratings, color labels or both. To get started, click on the 'Filter' icon and then select as many star ratings and/or color labels as you want. You can also choose to show all the unfiltered photos, by selecting the empty slots. If you want to cancel all selections, just click on the 'Clear' icon.

Loupe
The Loupe can help you to quickly select perfectly sharp photos.

To get started, if you are in 'focus on loupe' mode, just move the loupe over any thumbnail or preview, or if you are in 'focus on cursor' mode, just move your mouse over a photo.
Shortcut: [Shift] + "E"

Note
The note is one of the very useful tool of 1FLOW. The note tool lets you be more specific about an object featured in the photo. You can highlight an area on your photo with a semitransparent box and associate a text with it. It's important to remember that 1FLOW notes are non-destructive and they are inserted in the XMP.

Develop
To access this tool, select a photo and then click on the 'Develop' icon.

The 'Develop tool' is a very effective and powerful processing tool. It lets you apply a great number of corrections and modifications to your photos.
Shortcut:

Open With
Open your selected photos in another application.
Click the left mouse button on the icon and open the selected photos with the default application.
Long Click the left mouse button on the icon and select one of your recent applications or browse for a new one.
